About Us

About Us // Our Values

Muslims >>
One-fifth of the world’s population is Muslim and the majority have never
met a follower of Jesus. Our focus is on living amongst Muslims in places where no-one has previously made Christ’s love known.

Communities >>
We aspire to see people, whose lives have been transformed by Jesus,
gather into worshipping communities that are locally led and equipped to reproduce.

Teamwork >>
More can be achieved by like-minded people uniting in purpose than by individuals. Teams offer mutual support and complementary gifts – it is the only way we work.

Innovation >>
Each team has the freedom, within our core values, to creatively pursue
their own God-led direction. The team leaders set the course for the whole movement – decisions are made closest to the action.

Growth >>
We place a high emphasis on training, mentoring and accountability
provided by people with hands-on experience. With this, even the young
or inexperienced can thrive and develop their leadership potential.

Grace >>
We are united in our commitment to live by Biblical truths, but seek to be gracious in embracing diversity.

About Us // Loving Muslims - It's what we're about

With love and respect…

As Christians we have for too long forgotten our calling to reach out in friendship to Muslims.  We confess this is often because we have held wrong views, false perceptions and bad attitudes. We want to repent of apathy, even hostility towards Muslims and reach out to them in love.

In doing this we take our example from Jesus who came to earth to live amongst us (Philippians 2). We go and live and work in Muslim communities - serving the poor, the outcast, the downtrodden, those who need healing and those who seek peace. We want to identify with Muslims – not convert them to a foreign religion or culture - but simply to love them in the same way Christ has loved us.

…inviting all Muslim peoples…

When God gathers all His people at the end of time, there will be representatives from every people group on the earth (Revelation 7:9) – there is no exclusion clause about Muslim people! Since Muslims remain among the least reached with the gospel, we believe Christians are responsible for going to them.

…to follow Jesus

For too long cultural baggage and misconceptions about “Western Christianity” have formed barriers to Muslims understanding what true Christianity is about – too often they have rejected the baggage not the person of Jesus! We aim to remove every possible hindrance to Muslims knowing the true Christ.

In spite of such barriers, God is revealing himself to God-fearing Muslims like He did to the God-fearer Cornelius (Acts 10:1-8). Muslims often speak of how Jesus appeared to them through dreams and visions and also of healings by God's power through Jesus. Vibrant fellowships of Jesus followers are coming into being and an increasing number of Muslims are hungry to know more about this Jesus.
