WHERE THERE WAS NO CHURCH

Not that many years ago, we heard relatively few stories of Muslims putting their faith in Jesus. That has certainly started to change. We are now beginning to hear of places in which communities of people are following Jesus together. Situations where it’s not just ones and twos, but families of Muslims, or even networks of families, who have begun to follow Christ together.

“Rejoice as you read about places where there are now Muslims who are ‘obedient to the faith.’ Highly recommended to those who love God with their minds as well as their hearts.”
Dr. Greg Livingstone, Founder of Frontiers.

Four men sitting on a step

‘Where There Was No Church’ brings together stories that show what God is doing through his people among Muslims, and documents and brings to life fruitful practices that have helped followers of Jesus invite Muslims to follow him, too. These stories inspire us to keep pressing on while also equipping us to be better prepared to serve in the Muslim world. To order copies of this book, contact the Frontiers office or visit the Learning Together Press website.

Cover of Where There Was No Church“Across the Muslim world, the Holy Spirit is quietly but powerfully writing a story of people coming to love and follow Jesus. This book tells something of this story. It calls us to pray believingly, to reach out in love and to witness wisely. Let’s dare to join the Spirit’s story!”
