30 Days Prayer for the Muslim World

Once again Frontiers are joining in with Christians around the world to Pray for the Muslim world throughout Ramadan.

30 Days of Prayer for the Muslim World has been inviting Christians to pray with love and respect for Muslim people groups and nations around the world for over 30 years. The idea for 30 Days of Prayer got its start when a group of Christian leaders met in the Middle East in 1993 and were praying for the Islamic world. As they prayed, God emphasized to them His love and concern for Muslims, and the need for continued prayer. The idea to encourage Christians to view Muslims peoples with a Godly-perspective and pray for them was born.

I’ve prayed through 30 Days of Prayer for many years. I haven’t found a better resource to help me pray for Muslims with clear understanding of who they are and their needs. I believe consistent prayer lays the foundation for the Lord’s breakthroughs, so I hope every Christian everywhere prays through your Guide. Thanks for your hard work. Eternity will show its impact!

Why Ramadan?

30 Days of Prayer is intended to coincide with the Islamic holy month of Ramadan, when Muslims are fasting and praying themselves. This, it is an excellent way for Christians to remember to pray. When Christians hear in the media that Ramadan is coming, it reminds them to keep Muslims in their hearts and prayers.

Ramadan can vary slightly in dates but is expected to be February 18th through March 20th in 2026.
