The Elisha Vision
Doubling Gospel Impact Among Muslims
Just as Elisha asked for a double portion of Elijah's spirit, we are seeking God for a bold movement:
A doubling of long-term field workers sent out by British churches to reach Muslims
A doubling of intercessors committed to praying for the Muslim world
A doubling of financial partners supporting our call to invite all Muslim peoples to follow Jesus
This is not just our vision—it's God's invitation to you to join a movement that is already gaining momentum.
THE MOMENT IS NOW
In the last two decades, more Muslims have come to faith in Jesus than in the previous 14 centuries since Islam began. God is doing extraordinary things in the Muslim world today.
Yet the reality remains:
Nearly one-quarter of the world's population is Muslim
The majority have never met a follower of Jesus
Only 3% of mission workers focus on the unreached Muslim peoples
Only 1% of mission money is directed to these communities
We stand at a pivotal moment. What if the British church mobilized to meet this historic opportunity?
WHY DOUBLE?
Romans 10:14-15 asks, "How can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent?"
The Elisha Vision is about answering this call with unprecedented scale - a doubling of impact of gospel impact among Muslims, by the British church. Through prayer, partnership, and people, we are seeking to:
DOUBLE THE WORKERS
From 75 to 150 field workers sent from British churches, living and sharing Jesus' love in Muslim communities where most have never heard the gospel.
DOUBLE THE PRAYER
From 900 to over 1,80 committed prayer warriors standing in the spiritual gap for Muslim peoples and those sharing Christ with them.
DOUBLE THE PARTNERSHIP
Expand our community of financial partners investing in this Kingdom movement, enabling sustainable growth and impact.
'I have benefited greatly from my organisation's mobilising and training that they've provided... That was a key part of my decision to go to the Nations.'
S., Frontiers field worker in the Middle East
'The British team's desire to work closely with us, communicating openly and sensitively in tricky situations, has made working with them a personal joy and has provided great security to us as a church.'
S. - Future field worker
'Frontiers have been a great support, both in my own journey to the field and in helping me as I've encouraged others to consider the Nations too.'
